Welcome to Black Bear Falls Resort, Gatlinburg’s true log cabin resort. As you enter the resort you are greeted with cascading waterfalls, ponds and clubhouse. Many of our guests take advantage of photo opportunities at the falls but are reminded to please not climb the water falls.
Adjoining the clubhouse you will find a large patio area with heated adult and children’s swimming pools that are available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year. Take a break from the sun at one of the tables located under the covered patio.
Black Bear Falls boasts a meeting room and kitchen area that is available year round for parties up to 60 persons. (Click on lease agreement to reserve it today. Black Bear Falls is nestled on over 43 acres of towering native trees, beautiful ridges, and natural springs and streams in Gatlinburg. Each log cabin is located in a natural mountain setting that really gives one the feeling of being "away from it all" while still having all the comforts of home for that special weekend getaway, family vacation, reunion, corporate retreat, wedding or honeymoon. All of the homes located in Black Bear Falls are privately owned and are true log cabins. Black Bear Falls is conveniently located to nearby Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
There is so much to do and see while in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Be sure to check out the area variety and dinner shows and attractions online.
The log cabin properties in Black Bear Falls are privately owned. These are housekeeping log cabins which means they have basic items to make your stay enjoyable. The following is a list of basic items you will typically find in all of our rental homes: Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, basic pots & pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, utensils, bed linens, pillows, towels, washcloths and bath mats along with a starter supply of bar soap, dish soap and paper goods to meet the home’s maximum occupancy, heat & A/C, , telephone(s), vacuum cleaner, Gas log fireplace(s), Washer, Dryer, Game Room, Hot Tub(s), Color TV(s), VCR(s) and/or DVD(s), fire extinguishers and smoke detectors. Consult the rental agency for amenities included in the cabin you wish to rent.
Items Not Typically Supplied include charcoal, kindling or fire starter for outdoor grills, irons & ironing boards, extra blankets, cribs, plastic wrap, foil, coffee filters, condiments, spices or any type of food item.
NOTE: Not all cabins are decorated for the holidays. Only artificial Christmas trees and artificial holiday decorations are permitted and all evidence of any guest decorations must be properly disposed of upon departure. Keep in mind each log cabin’s furnishings and décor have been selected by the owner to suit the owner’s taste and needs. Accommodations and amenities vary greatly.
